ISLAND SALSA
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 tomatillo, husk removed and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
dash each of ground cumin, salt, and pepper (to taste)
Mix all ingredients in bowl and chill for up to 8 hours.
I just mixed up a batch of this yesterday, really tasty on a black bean burrito!

That sounds good! I think it would taste great on grilled fish too!
