This weekend was a busy sewing weekend for me. Among other things, it really felt good to get my pillow talk swap4 pillow done. It's a double sided pillow cover with a zipper insert. I'm calling it "red hot". I think it's a pretty sleek little number for sure.

And now for the winners of the funky peppermint kits and patterns.
The first two, who are winners of the kits from Wendy:
#39- Gill, who said, "I can't wait for Aneela's Sherbert Pips line to be released! Even the name is gorgeous"
AND
#3- Sarah C., who said, "I'm really looking forward to Sherbet Pips and My Happy Nursery! And would love to make one of these runners for Christmas!!"
And these three are winners of the patterns from me:
#2- Barbara, who said, "I heart Beyond The Sea by Cloud9 big time ... Absolutely love the cuteness of your table runner ! Very clever and eye-catching in its design"
AND
#22- Melissa Corry, who said, "Those are so cute!! I am really looking forward to Sunkissed by Sweetwater. I love the words in their prints :)"
AND
#8- Wendy D. P., who said, "So adorable! The line I'm most anticipating is Sherbet Pips - so cute"
I'll be emailing you all sometime today to get your addresses and or email you'd like your winnings sent to!
Also, a big THANK-YOU!! to everyone who has already purchased your funky peppermint pattern and kits!

On closer inspection the triangles look like ice cream cones with a scoop on top. Beautimous!

Love your pillow! Did you use a pattern or is this your own creation? Is it paper pieced or patchwork? I have had a vision of this in my head for a while now but have been unsuccessful in its execution.
