All you need is LOVE! Oh, and this......and........this and some melted chocolate. Oh, and some parchment paper and a sewing machine. Hmm, I better list it out and make sure.
- Love
- heart shaped lollipop mold
- lollipop sticks
-
melted chocolate (I tried to temper mine, but it doesn't appear to have worked since it's not shiny). Once it was "tempered", I put it into a ziploc baggie, cut the tip of one corner off and squeezed the chocolate into the heart mold. I then put the stick in place and piped a little more chocolate over the top of the stick. I slammed the mold on the counter a couple times to get the back smooth, and let it harden. This was a good tut that helped me through it.
-
parchment cut out into heart shapes
-
sewing machine to stitch around the edges ( I stitched the heart half way, put the lollipop in, and then finished stitching.
And there you have it, chocolate lollipops!!
Now that looks like fun :)
