Ain't no doubt, ladies and gents. It's time for a par.tay!!!
Superbuzzy (say "the best source of Japanese crafty and sewing stuff I know"), is a new sponsor here at sewtakeahike!
And to celebrate, Superbuzzy and I are each throwin' down a $30 gift certificate (that's $60 for one of you!) to spend on whatever you wish at Superbuzzy.
Have you checked out their book and magazine section?
How about their fabrics?
Or maybe their zakka and gifts section?
or their notions and trims?
Feeling a little overwhelmed? Then how about just checking out their what's new in the shop page?
Rules, rules, rules!!
So you want to win?
You have up to three chances to enter (with a little bit of homework), and international entries are welcomed!
- for one entry, leave a comment on this post
- for a second entry, click on the links up there, and then come back here and leave me another comment telling me how you might choose to spend the $60 if you win
- for a third entry, blog or flickr about the giveaway (feel free to grab the superbuzzy button at the top of the post which links back here) and THEN come back and leave me one more comment saying "blogged" or "flickr'd", along with a valid link to the post (I'll be cheeeeeeeecking........)
I will keep this post open for one week, until the evening of May 23rd, when I'll use the random number generator to choose a winner.
Good luck to you all!
I too love Superbuzzy! I buy from them often. Great giveaway!

I would definitely buy some of their Strawberry themed gifts and I have been wanting some of the Enchino fabrics for a while. I could blow through $60 pretty quickly! LOL

Thanks for posting - so generous of you :]

I checked out the fabrics at superbuzzy. O my goodness! I fell in love with the Japanese prints - especially the Japanese Crossing (Dango in sky blue). Since I love fabric, I would probably use all $60 on the fabric there!

I think I would spend the lot on fabric. It would be hard to decide which to leave behind.

Oh, I love giveaways that involve fabric. I love adding to my stash!
Posted by: Garilyn | 20 May 2010 at 07:07 PM
I'm sure I would spend the $60 on fabric. A variety of fabric. I think I like the international section. I homeschool and this year we studied countries and cultures and it would be fun for the kids to help pick fabric that they like for a quilt!
Posted by: Garilyn | 20 May 2010 at 07:08 PM
Since I'm a fabric girl, I'd have no troubles spending the $$$ on cute fabric. I loved all of the Minnie Muu - bees, cars, mice. And of course the Little Red Riding Hood and Alice in Wonderland. It would be so hard to choose!
Posted by: Barb | 20 May 2010 at 07:09 PM
And I'd spend mine on Echino! Love those glasses and classic stripes!

Fantasy shopping! I would gladly spend three or four times that, if I had it to spend. But here's my list. Fabric: Thumbelina, maybe a whole yard, it is lo lovely, in grey, for a baby dress; Uma and Komaci-Kyoto stroll, both in pink, for quilting, Toyland trim, Pig trim. No Echino, because I can't bear to choose one.
