Hurrah, Penny! I'm so excited for you - and that little project is just too sweet. You are amazing and I love your style. Thanks for the motivation too!

Congratulations! The quilt is absolutely darling! :)

penny, well i am not the least bit suprised that there are 50-something comments before mine! you know i am partial to handstitching, and i so love this about your little quilt.
p.s. funny thing...sometimes the book person is so incredibly lucky to work with such freaking *amazing* book people who do indeed allow her to phone you up (actually, email!) and say, "hey, you are so awesome...wanna be in my book?!! i'm just so happy that you said "yes!" xoxo

So so super cute. I love it and I love how it is quilted. Great fantastic job.

How exciting to be published!
I went to the bookstore the other day looking for this book and found out it won't be out till the end of November (darn). I didn't know that you're in the book too ~ now I'll have to get it!

I met Cathy at Quilt Market and she graciously gave me a copy of her book. I was just thrilled to see one of your wonderful projects in it! It's absolutely wonderful Penny! I've got a post about the book (and your piece!) going up tomorrow.

And well done, again! We are all so proud of you and honored to know you! You are such an incredibly talented, giving and delightful girl! Looking forward to the next opportunity to say "I know her" as we stand in the Barnes and Noble, etc.

And now I gotta order the book!
