This summer I am planning and starting a new career. Lost my job on Sunday and taking this blessing to get out of a rut, find a new way to make money and more time for crafting. And trying not to be stressed about it! :)

well our son is starting summer off by getting married May 31st, then there is a lot of work to be done on the house they are buying. So summer will be washing, cleaning, painting, yard work, etc. It will be busy. And on top of that, both my husband and I work, he is putting in a garden here, plus all the every day taking care of things. LOL it will be a memorable summer.

I've been an Amy Butler fan forever! My summer plans are to take a road trip in our jeep to Colorado and do some off-road adventuring! I hope to get behind my sewing machine too.

Hi Penny,
A 2-3 day get -a-way each month July thru September. Visit some larger cities in the South, take in a baseball game at each. Taking along any items needing hand-stitching and hopefully my Paper Pieced Home book (on my Mothers-Day wishlist).
